Welcome to CTRMS
CTRMS (Centre of Training & Research for Management Sciences) is a Registered Professional Training Institution under the PR Act of the State of Kerala.
The present universal scenario has brought intense competition amongst all kinds of organisations. The survival, future growth and existence of these organisations will increasingly depend on their competitiveness to meet the challenges. This is possible by building high-performing professional teams within the organisation and maximising the avenues for the growth of the potential of working groups.
CTRMS was set up in Kerala to give impetus to management education by drawing on the many ecological specialities spread across its locations – sea shores, beaches, backwaters, hill stations, natural greenery, waterfalls, pilgrim centres, valleys and mountains – which energise professionals to boost their potential and ultimately help achieve organisational goals.
Our missionOur Vision
To generate transformational leaders through time-bound expertise and relevant management training programmes – equipping the workforce to trigger creativity, release collective energy and initiate the transformation their organisations need.
